Currently affected by an OnApp bug which is causing interruption to service. The engineers are working to resolve the issue and will hopefully have everything back to normal shortly.

We need to take the servers offline for about 15 minutes to complete the work required so have scheduled that for this evening. We will work as quickly as possible to minimise any interruption during the maintenance period.
