Extra Contacts
It is now possible to assign additional contacts in the client area. These could be for support or accounts purposes, you have the choice! You can set who has access to what so if you want invoices to go to the accounts department and them not have access to support then you can now set this.
It also enables you to allow a number of your technical team to have access to the support system so that you no longer have to log each issue. Set each person up with access to the support section and allow them to open and respond to tickets.
Head over to your client area and under the “My Account” section click on “Contacts”.
