We are investigating a connectivity issue with the servers at the moment and expect them to be back in service soon.

We will update you as soon as we have a resolution.

UPDATE 22/10/2013 12:25 : Issue still under investigation, and appears to be a DDOS attack on the datacentre.

UPDATE 22/10/2013 115:31 : The DDOS attack is now being successfully managed and coming under control. You may still experience some slowness accessing your site over the next few hours as things recover.
